就前和昇國際董事潘鑑韜及其妻於97年5月間買賣華人銀行(0655)和華地(現稱力寶華潤，0165)時涉及內幕交易，內幕交易審裁處昨一致裁定兩人曾經進行內幕交易。 審裁處於2001年年底開始對案件進行研訊，受查人士包括潘鑑韜及其妻鄺婉筠、友人Edmund Kung Chiu Nam、力寶華潤副主席李宗。有關研訊涉及42名證人，包括全部4名涉案人士，聆聽證供和陳詞的聆訊期合共78日。
